Registration in the Register of Manufacturers and the National Catalog of Goods Has Become Mandatory

Starting in 2026, the rules for confirming the status of domestic producers and accounting for goods have changed in Kazakhstan. The government has launched two key digital systems: the Register of Kazakhstani Manufacturers and the National Catalog of Goods (NCG). Producers and importers must register in both systems to maintain access to state support and the ability to trade legally.

Why Register in the Register of Kazakhstani Manufacturers?

The Register (available at e-ondiris.gov.kz) was created to confirm the status of domestic producers and enhance the targeting of state support. Data from companies with valid industrial certificates has been automatically transferred to it.

Important Deadlines and Actions

  • By January 30, 2026, manufacturers automatically included in the register were required to fill in the information in the system and confirm their application using an electronic digital signature (EDS). Failure to do so will result in the company being excluded from the register.
  • To date, over 2,769 companies have logged into the system, and more than 1,300 applications have been submitted.
  • As of January 1, 2026, certificates of origin in the CT-KZ form have ceased to be valid. Confirmation of status is now only provided by inclusion in the unified Register.
