Kazakhstan's Ministry of Finance has launched new services on the Unified Entrepreneur's Personal Account (UEPA) portal for terminating business activities: now, applications for closing a sole proprietorship or liquidating an LLC can be submitted entirely online, without a personal visit to government agencies.

- For LLCs, there is a simplified liquidation procedure with the ability to track the status directly in the personal account. This service is partially automated.

- Sign the application with your EDS.
